My BF and I just started house hunting for our first home together and I’ve quickly realized that I need to keep notes on the different properties we view to keep them straight and to start solidifying things to keep an eye out for like the quality and condition of certain features, things we like that didn’t even consider, properties that we weren’t wowed by but might take a second look as we get more experience and education in this market. I had a blank notebook I was using to keep really basic notes last week.
