How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on your location, package size and the speed of shipment. Since some of the products we sell are printed on demand, you will be charged shipping for each item since they are shipped from different facilities.
If you’re outside the US:
Unfortunately, we are not shipping orders internationally at this time. This could change so be sure to check back!
How fast will my order ship?
If it’s a product that we ship directly to you, expect your order to be wrapped and processed within three business days. You will be notified if there are any delays in your shipment. If you would like to include a gift note with your shipment, please email us at hello@dragonflypaperpress.com as soon as you place your order.
Print on demand products (such as t-shirts) will vary in shipping time based on the facility where they’re produced. Most companies we work with print and ship products within four to seven business days.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes – we do! We offer free gift wrap on every order we ship directly from our studio whether you request it or not. We like each product we send to feel like a gift from us to you. If you would like to include a gift note, email us at hello@dragonflypaperpress.com as soon as you place your order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrap or notes with any products that are printed on demand since they ship directly from the printer to you. This includes anything personalized along with t-shirts, home decor and wall art. Exclusions are noted in their listing details.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on most products within 14 days of receipt of your item. Print on demand and digital download products are non-refundable. Please visit our Refunds and Returns Policy page for more details.
